When The Espresso Time started up I soon noticed a problem. Premium “branded” accessories were too pricey and bargain basement accessories weren’t good enough. So began my quest for premium accessories without the premium price tag.
My range now includes the amazing Precision Tamper along with a number of other Coffee Tools. These are amazing value. You will notice that many are far less than half the price of similar accessories on the market.

Professional Barista Jug This is the best milk jug that you will find. It’s thick and solid, it's shape is great for milk texturing, and it's spout is perfect for pouring latté art.

Cafetto S15 Machine Cleaner This cleaner dissolves coffee oils with ease so it is perfect for cleaning your portafilters, baskets, shower screens and for back-flushing your coffee machine’s group.

Barista Cloth This barista cloth will keep your coffee station and your coffee machine nice and clean. I use this microfibre cloth to absorb drips as I remove the portafilter, to wipe the basket dry before I dose, to protect the bench when I tamp down, to absorb drips as I remove the portafilter and knock out the puck, and finally, to wipe down the coffee machine and the drip tray.

Dual Precision Distributor 58mm This adjustable tool, weighing in at 375g, improves the quality and repeatability of espresso extractions by distributing grinds evenly from the center to the edges of the basket and also, by creating a flat puck to tamp onto. Improvements to extractions when using a double basket are significant. When using a single basket the improvements are remarkable.

Nespresso Vertuo Plus Solo Centrifusion Capsule Machine
Had this machine for a few weeks now and we are happy. It seems well built, looks great, is easy to use and program, and makes a good coffee. We just hope it lasts longer than the Breville machine it replaced!
After years of using a Breville “Smart” grinder (in cranberry red) I upgraded to the Eureak Mignon Specialita and am really enjoying the benefits. Wow what a quality piece, and so easy to set up and use. It’s quieter than I expected and was used to, which is a pleasure, and consistency of grind is excellent. My only wish was to have better access here in Australia to the great range of colours and variations that Eureka make. But the standard black and chrome combo is a handsome unit, so no complaints. Highly recommended!

Considering the brand that produces the grinder, the Eureka Mignon single-dose grinder comes with high expectations, and it doesn’t disappoint.
It offers very low retention, it’s quiet, it’s quick, and its burr grinders should work consistently for a long time. The machine is well-built and incredibly easy-on-the-eye, too, which will almost certainly make it a talking point on any kitchen countertop. Finally, it works well for almost every brewing method, whether for the finest espresso, Turkish coffee, or a coarse cold brew.
Overall, this is a great all-rounder that not only looks the part, but comfortably delivers the goods.
