Procedure
- Empty all coffee from grinder.
- Place one capful of Grinder Clean into the grinder.
- Operate the grinder.
- Empty the grinder dosing chamber of Grinder Cleaner residue and brush out any dust.
- To season the grinder burrs, repeat the above process once with coffee beans.
- The grinder is now ready for use.
Important Information:
- Do NOT use in grinder built-in to espresso machines.
- A small amount of dust may develop during grinding and is harmless. Wipe the dust particles from the hopper, spout and doser.

Had this machine for a few weeks now and we are happy. It seems well built, looks great, is easy to use and program, and makes a good coffee. We just hope it lasts longer than the Breville machine it replaced!
After years of using a Breville “Smart” grinder (in cranberry red) I upgraded to the Eureak Mignon Specialita and am really enjoying the benefits. Wow what a quality piece, and so easy to set up and use. It’s quieter than I expected and was used to, which is a pleasure, and consistency of grind is excellent. My only wish was to have better access here in Australia to the great range of colours and variations that Eureka make. But the standard black and chrome combo is a handsome unit, so no complaints. Highly recommended!
