If you find a lower price online, in-store, or in print before you buy we’ll match the price.*

*The Espresso Time reserves the right to make the final decision on a Price Match request. Limitations apply. See below for full price match policy.

Please note: We do not honour Price Match Requests for products sold by retailers during special promotion periods (including but not limited to): Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day/Week.

To request a price match, first make sure the product qualifies.

Make Sure the Product Qualifies.
  1. The product must be identical to the product sold by The Espresso Time (i.e., size, model, quantity, brand, colour)
  2. The product must be priced in Australian Dollars and include all fees, shipping costs, and other charges.
  3. The product must be sold and shipped by a retailer or authorized dealer located within Australia.
  4. The product must be in-stock, available for sale, and cannot be a limited time offer or available only in limited quantity at the time of the price match request. The product must be ready to ship immediately, as in the same or next day.
  5. The product’s price must not be lower due to an advertising error, misprint, or special sale price. Special sale prices include (but not limited to): Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, liquidations, clearances, vendor driven promotions, and financing offers.
  6. Price Match is not valid on products sold by marketplace vendors, third-party sellers, auction sites or sites/retailers requiring memberships.
  7. Our Price Match Policy is valid only on products purchased on and NOT on any third party or alternate channels we may sell on.

The Espresso Time reserves the right to limit quantities to one (1) per Price Match request.
