The Silvia Pro X is a blend of the professional performance of the well-respected Rancilio Silvia Coffee Machine lineage. The remarkable capabilities of the market-tested Silvia model – with the addition of a pressure gauge that allows you to monitor brewing, along with the already two PID temperature controllers, the soft pre-infusion at the grouphead and an automatic grouphead flush function, ensure your workflow on the Pro X and the coffee flavour our as good as any cafes'.
Soft-Pre Infusion for a better tasting Brew
Soft Infusion is a customisable pre-infusion mode that gently soaks the coffee puck for a time set by you. This level of control lets you tap into a whole new world of flavour profiles - allowing more oils, body, sweetness and flavour to enter into your Espresso. Programmable for up to 6secs, this feature will always bring the best out of your coffee.
Other things that you’re sure to love about this coffee machine include the pressure gauge, multidirectional steam wand, adjustable height tray, and an ergonomic portafilter.

The coffee machine arrived with a european plug rather than an Australian plug and the supplier is not returning any messages to correct this. As they do not have an available phone number it is very difficult to get in contact with them.

Had this machine for a few weeks now and we are happy. It seems well built, looks great, is easy to use and program, and makes a good coffee. We just hope it lasts longer than the Breville machine it replaced!
After years of using a Breville “Smart” grinder (in cranberry red) I upgraded to the Eureak Mignon Specialita and am really enjoying the benefits. Wow what a quality piece, and so easy to set up and use. It’s quieter than I expected and was used to, which is a pleasure, and consistency of grind is excellent. My only wish was to have better access here in Australia to the great range of colours and variations that Eureka make. But the standard black and chrome combo is a handsome unit, so no complaints. Highly recommended!

Considering the brand that produces the grinder, the Eureka Mignon single-dose grinder comes with high expectations, and it doesn’t disappoint.
It offers very low retention, it’s quiet, it’s quick, and its burr grinders should work consistently for a long time. The machine is well-built and incredibly easy-on-the-eye, too, which will almost certainly make it a talking point on any kitchen countertop. Finally, it works well for almost every brewing method, whether for the finest espresso, Turkish coffee, or a coarse cold brew.
Overall, this is a great all-rounder that not only looks the part, but comfortably delivers the goods.
