La Pavoni Cellini Evoluzionne
La Pavoni Cellini Evoluzionne
La Pavoni Cellini Evoluzionne - a powerful plumbable coffee machine - back-to-back coffee all day long - traditional Italian hand build - simple, reliable, solid, low tech, old school, classic - the 1950s Holden
La Pavoni has a rich history which includes production of the world’s first espresso machine back in 1905. The brand is now owned by Smeg.
The La Pavoni semi-professional range offers traditional Italian hand build along with solid components and materials. The simplicity of these machines, the after sales support here in Australia, and the use of high quality components are things that I value.
Choose this machine if you are looking for a coffee machine that can be plumbed in. If you are not going to plumb your machine I recommend spending less - choose the La Pavoni Cellini Classic

Great quality grinder with precise adjustment control.
Nespresso Vertuo Plus Solo Centrifusion Capsule Machine
Had this machine for a few weeks now and we are happy. It seems well built, looks great, is easy to use and program, and makes a good coffee. We just hope it lasts longer than the Breville machine it replaced!
After years of using a Breville “Smart” grinder (in cranberry red) I upgraded to the Eureak Mignon Specialita and am really enjoying the benefits. Wow what a quality piece, and so easy to set up and use. It’s quieter than I expected and was used to, which is a pleasure, and consistency of grind is excellent. My only wish was to have better access here in Australia to the great range of colours and variations that Eureka make. But the standard black and chrome combo is a handsome unit, so no complaints. Highly recommended!
Arrived quickly, well packaged and in great condition! Absolutely fantastic grinder.

Easy to clean and safe
Very happy of this elegent coffee machine. Easy to dial in and exactly what I wantted. Well suited a beginner who wants to practice their daily barista brewing process! Thank you.
Considering the brand that produces the grinder, the Eureka Mignon single-dose grinder comes with high expectations, and it doesn’t disappoint.
It offers very low retention, it’s quiet, it’s quick, and its burr grinders should work consistently for a long time. The machine is well-built and incredibly easy-on-the-eye, too, which will almost certainly make it a talking point on any kitchen countertop. Finally, it works well for almost every brewing method, whether for the finest espresso, Turkish coffee, or a coarse cold brew.
Overall, this is a great all-rounder that not only looks the part, but comfortably delivers the goods.
Excellent coffee and machine very happy
