- Optiaroma Brewing System: Gaggia’s Optiaroma system allows you to select between 6.5 - 11.5 grams of coffee to be ground per brew. There are five strength settings in total and you can program your preferred strength to have the Anima brew your perfect espresso with the mere push of a button. Drinks include: an espresso, espresso lungo, milk froth and hot water.
- 100% Ceramic Adjustable Grinder: extract the purest essence from coffee beans, preventing overheating and burning. The grinder can be dialed in to one of five fineness settings, and uses the Gaggia Adapting System to adjust the grinding process. This ensures that the selected quantity of ground coffee is used for your espresso regardless of the blend you're using.
- Accommodate Everyone in Your Family: The Anima also features a bypass doser which allows you to fill the brew group directly with pre-ground coffee for decafs.
- Automatic Cleaning and Maintenance: The Gaggia Anima Deluxe has an alert system that will notify you if the dregs drawer or drip tray needs to be emptied, the bean hopper needs to be refilled, or it’s time to descale. Additionally, the removable brew group and Mavea Intenza water filter compatibility make keeping the Deluxe in tip-top shape simple.

Had this machine for a few weeks now and we are happy. It seems well built, looks great, is easy to use and program, and makes a good coffee. We just hope it lasts longer than the Breville machine it replaced!
After years of using a Breville “Smart” grinder (in cranberry red) I upgraded to the Eureak Mignon Specialita and am really enjoying the benefits. Wow what a quality piece, and so easy to set up and use. It’s quieter than I expected and was used to, which is a pleasure, and consistency of grind is excellent. My only wish was to have better access here in Australia to the great range of colours and variations that Eureka make. But the standard black and chrome combo is a handsome unit, so no complaints. Highly recommended!

Considering the brand that produces the grinder, the Eureka Mignon single-dose grinder comes with high expectations, and it doesn’t disappoint.
It offers very low retention, it’s quiet, it’s quick, and its burr grinders should work consistently for a long time. The machine is well-built and incredibly easy-on-the-eye, too, which will almost certainly make it a talking point on any kitchen countertop. Finally, it works well for almost every brewing method, whether for the finest espresso, Turkish coffee, or a coarse cold brew.
Overall, this is a great all-rounder that not only looks the part, but comfortably delivers the goods.
