The Profitec Pro 300 is great for even the most fastidious home barista. With best-in-class thermal stability as well as a vibration pump for gentle brew pressure ramp up the Profitec Pro 300 is ready to produce results in the cup to rival any café. Steam volume is lower than heat exchanger machines, but steam pressure is high and the Pro 300 can maintain pressure above 1 bar continuously due to a powerful heating element. This makes the Profitec Pro 300 great for milky coffee lovers as well as for experienced espresso enthusiasts.
Compact size along with a super-fast heat-up time are a couple of aces up the Profitec Pro 300’s sleeve.

This was an upgrade replacement for a Rancilio Sylvia Pro that served our family (4 heavy coffee drinkers) for years and we are overjoyed with the PP 300: It is consistent in temp, steams well (might be underpowered for some), easy to adjust steam pressure, dispenses hot water smoothly, and easy to clean. Getting this was a happy accident (as the Pro 500, our first shortlisted, was out of stock), but we are much happier with the aesthetics, performance, and overall ease than we were with our original Sylvia Pro. The PP 300 is a joy to operate and we look forward to pulling shots every morning. Thanks again to The Espresso Time for the rapid and excellent customer service. Bonus points for giving us 2 bag of coffee as complimentary :)

Had this machine for a few weeks now and we are happy. It seems well built, looks great, is easy to use and program, and makes a good coffee. We just hope it lasts longer than the Breville machine it replaced!
After years of using a Breville “Smart” grinder (in cranberry red) I upgraded to the Eureak Mignon Specialita and am really enjoying the benefits. Wow what a quality piece, and so easy to set up and use. It’s quieter than I expected and was used to, which is a pleasure, and consistency of grind is excellent. My only wish was to have better access here in Australia to the great range of colours and variations that Eureka make. But the standard black and chrome combo is a handsome unit, so no complaints. Highly recommended!

Considering the brand that produces the grinder, the Eureka Mignon single-dose grinder comes with high expectations, and it doesn’t disappoint.
It offers very low retention, it’s quiet, it’s quick, and its burr grinders should work consistently for a long time. The machine is well-built and incredibly easy-on-the-eye, too, which will almost certainly make it a talking point on any kitchen countertop. Finally, it works well for almost every brewing method, whether for the finest espresso, Turkish coffee, or a coarse cold brew.
Overall, this is a great all-rounder that not only looks the part, but comfortably delivers the goods.
