The Acaia Pearl Brewing Scale - White is a scale that can weigh your coffee and water without delay, give you insights about your brewing habits, and count time for you? The Acaia Pearl Brewing Scale is one of the most beautiful and functional gram scales in the world.
Never over-pour again with the Acaia Pearl’s rapid 20 millisecond response time. The scale can also measure weight down to a tenth of a gram, enabling users to brew coffee with accuracy to achieve a balanced brew. These two features, along with the embedded stopwatch, make the Pearl a powerful friend in the coffee brewer’s kitchen.
The Bluetooth-enabled Acaia Pearl can collect your brewing information and give you insights into your recipes and habits via Android and iOS apps. The apps also allow you to see others’ recipes and share your own with the world.
The Acaia Pearl White Scales include a Micro USB-C (2021) rechargeable battery that lasts for weeks, thanks to the auto-shutoff feature that kicks in once the brewing is complete - but not before. You can adjust the auto-shutoff timing and other settings in the apps.

Had this machine for a few weeks now and we are happy. It seems well built, looks great, is easy to use and program, and makes a good coffee. We just hope it lasts longer than the Breville machine it replaced!
After years of using a Breville “Smart” grinder (in cranberry red) I upgraded to the Eureak Mignon Specialita and am really enjoying the benefits. Wow what a quality piece, and so easy to set up and use. It’s quieter than I expected and was used to, which is a pleasure, and consistency of grind is excellent. My only wish was to have better access here in Australia to the great range of colours and variations that Eureka make. But the standard black and chrome combo is a handsome unit, so no complaints. Highly recommended!

Considering the brand that produces the grinder, the Eureka Mignon single-dose grinder comes with high expectations, and it doesn’t disappoint.
It offers very low retention, it’s quiet, it’s quick, and its burr grinders should work consistently for a long time. The machine is well-built and incredibly easy-on-the-eye, too, which will almost certainly make it a talking point on any kitchen countertop. Finally, it works well for almost every brewing method, whether for the finest espresso, Turkish coffee, or a coarse cold brew.
Overall, this is a great all-rounder that not only looks the part, but comfortably delivers the goods.
